Is the slide floor also damaged?
It looks like a complete repair is going to be involved. You've sealed the roof but the slide leak may be from the slide roof or sides of the slide?
There are products like Git Rot that can help but you need access to the wood and may not be a viable alternative for your problem.
Replacing the wood is of course the best fix and might involve removing the slide.
